Dr. Richard L. Jolliff

Rev. Sharon Jolliff
Outreach Coordinator
Pastor Richard and Sharon Jolliff have been serving in ministry for over 40 years. Their journey began on the mission field on the Texas Mexican Border. They then pastored in Marietta, Ohio for 10 years.
Sensing their call was finished in Marietta, they moved to Michigan to serve under their pastor and his ministry. Shortly after, the Lord called them to pastor Amazing Grace Church (AGC), which was searching for a pastor. They have had the privilege of pastoring at AGC for over 25 years.
Along with pastoring the congregation at AGC, Pastor Richard and Sharon also train and develop future leaders through mentoring and coaching programs. Their ministry spans across the world, traveling and training up leaders in other countries.
Sharon oversees the Women of Valor (WOV) ministry, the women’s ministry of AGC. Throughout the year, WOV hosts conferences, small groups, and prayer and worship nights.
Pastor Richard received his Doctorate through Life Christian University. He also is a Certified Leadership Coach through John Maxwell. Sharon received her Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from Life Christian University and is a Certified DiSCÒ Consultant.
The Jolliff’s have three grown children and eight grandchildren.
Rev. Chuck Seeley
Associate & Music Pastor
Rev. Carrie Seeley
Business Administrator
Revs. Chuck and Carrie Seeley have been serving in ministry for close to 40 years. They have been involved with AGC since its inception as a bible study, where they also met. In that time, they have served the church in numerous ways including leading the youth ministry for over 10 years and the worship ministry for over 30 years.
Chuck serves as both Associate and Music Pastor. He received his bachelor and master’s degrees in Theology from Life Christian University and studied music at Central Michigan University. Chuck is involved in mission work focused currently in Brazil and Colombia of South America and West Virginia. Also, he is involved heavily in the community, serving in many leadership capacities for local organizations.
Along with serving with Chuck in the worship ministry, Carrie has served as AGC’s Business Administrator for close to 30 years. In this role, she is responsible for managing the church’s financial operations. Prior to this role, Carrie had over 10 years of banking experience. She has a bachelor’s degree in Theology from Life Christian University, as well as a Prophetic Specialist Certificate through the Apostolic Network of Global Awakening.
The Seeleys have three grown children and four grandchildren.
Rev. Kathy Thigpen
Children’s Pastor
Rev. Kathy Thigpen, “Gma Kathy”, has been serving in ministry for over 40 years. Her journey with AGC began in 1981, and while the Lord has called her out to serve in other ministries through the years, Gma Kathy always remained connected to AGC.
Soon after her marriage in 2004 to her husband, Gary, Gma Kathy moved to Louisiana. She served as the Children’s Pastor for three churches of a ministry in the area for three years, including during Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
Gma Kathy and Gary returned to Michigan and AGC in 2007 and began serving in the ministry. Gma Kathy has served as the Children’s Pastor since 2013. She also provides counseling as needed.
Gma Kathy received a master’s degree in Theology and a master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling from Life Christian University. She is also a licensed Belief Therapist through Therapon Institute of Louisiana.
The Thigpens have seven children, 18 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Rev. Stevie Baylock
Youth Pastor
Rev. Stevie Baylock and his wife, Natalya, have been serving in ministry for 10 years. They have served at AGC in numerous ways including the music ministry and youth ministry. After an encounter with God, they realized that they had a heart for teens and to lead, mentor, and grow the next generation to be on fire for Christ.
Music is another passion for Stevie and Natalya. Stevie serves as the Band Director for AGC, assisting the Worship Pastor in creating arrangements. Natalya serves as the assistant worship leader.
Stevie has studied at INSTE Global Bible College and Life Christian University, and he is currently completing his associate’s degree in Theology at Rhema Bible Training Center.
Natalya received her associate’s degree in Theology through Life Christian University. She was dedicated at AGC and has continued faithfully serving in ministry her whole life.
The Baylocks have four children.
